Po mechanickom tlaku sa v\u0161ak vyr\u00e1\u017eka zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ovala a pri ve\u013ekosti cca 1 cm sa pacient pok\u00fasil povrch vyr\u00e1\u017eky prepichn\u00fa\u0165 ihlou. Pravdepodobne si takto do rany zaviedol infekciu a\u00a0vyr\u00e1\u017eka sa v nasledovn\u00fdch d\u0148och\u00a0zna\u010dne\u00a0zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ila, a\u017e postupne dosiahla ve\u013ekos\u0165, pri ktorej bol ak\u00fdko\u013evek dotyk\u00a0bolestiv\u00fd. Na desiaty de\u0148 od jej objavenia mala vyr\u00e1\u017eka priemer cca 3 cm a celkov\u00fd opuch cca 7 cm.\u00a0<\/p><p>Vzniknut\u00fd absces\u00a0bol n\u00e1sledne chirurgicky o\u0161etren\u00fd, do rany bola vlo\u017een\u00e1 kanyla.\u00a0Po nieko\u013ek\u00fdch chirurgick\u00fdch \u010disteniach rany otvor dosahoval ve\u013ekos\u0165 pribli\u017ene priemeru mal\u00ed\u010dka na ruke. Nako\u013eko vizu\u00e1lne rana vyzerala silne zap\u00e1len\u00e1, hnisaj\u00faca, s v\u00fdtokom, pacient sa na z\u00e1klade odpor\u00fa\u010dania rozhodol podst\u00fapi\u0165 NO terapiu\u00a0oxidom dusnat\u00fdm generovan\u00fdm pomocou pr\u00edstroja PLASON. Priebeh terapie a ukon\u010denie terapie je zachyten\u00fd na fotografi\u00e1ch k tomuto \u010dl\u00e1nku.\u00a0<\/p><p>Po\u010diato\u010dn\u00fd stav, na z\u00e1klade na\u0161ich sk\u00fasenost\u00ed a r\u00fdchlosti l\u00fdzy\u00a0buniek mohlo sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 napr\u00edklad uhryznutie hmyzom.\u00a0Po cca 12\u00a0aplik\u00e1ci\u00e1ch NO terapie bola rana do ve\u013ekej miery uzavret\u00e1 a ponechan\u00e1 na dom\u00e1ce\u00a0dolie\u010denie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
