NO sa pod\u00e1va transkut\u00e1nne, takzvan\u00fdm \u201eofukovan\u00edm\u201c, teda transkut\u00e1nnou aplik\u00e1ciou vzdu\u0161moplazmov\u00fdch pr\u00fadov s obsahom oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho.\u00a0<\/p><p>Transkut\u00e1nne pod\u00e1van\u00fd exog\u00e9nny oxid dusnat\u00fd pri tzv. Dlhodob\u00e1 lie\u010dba kortikosteroidmi \u00a0a\u00a0metotrex\u00e1tom (MTX) mala len tlmiaci \u00fa\u010dinok. Skoro 100% stuhnutos\u0165 prstov oboch r\u00fak, neznesite\u013en\u00e1 boles\u0165 k\u013abov a\u00a0neschopnos\u0165 urobi\u0165 ak\u00fdko\u013evek \u00fakon prstami. Pacientka podst\u00fapila NO-terapiu postihnut\u00fdch k\u013abov. NO bol generovan\u00fd pr\u00edstrojom PLASON, doba trvania terapie \u2013 2 mesiace, 5 + 5 min\u00fatov\u00e9\u00a0ofukovanie\u00a0ka\u017edej ruky na jednu aplik\u00e1ciu.<\/p><p>Po skon\u010den\u00ed terapie pacientka nepoci\u0165ovala \u017eiadnu boles\u0165 v\u00a0k\u013aboch postihnut\u00fdch r\u00fak, prestala u\u017e\u00edva\u0165 lieky proti bolesti a\u00a0antireumatik\u00e1. Pohyblivos\u0165 \u010dasti k\u013abov sme odhadli na min. 90%, zv\u00fd\u0161ila sa sila \u00fachopu, ruky celkovo odpuchli. Bol vykonan\u00fd test citlivosti a\u00a0ohybnosti prstov r\u00fak \u2013 v\u00a0kombin\u00e1cii palec a\u00a0prst (v\u0161etky prsty) pacientka postupne dok\u00e1zala zdv\u00edha\u0165 ihlu zo stola.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f35a4cd elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f35a4cd\" data-element_type=\"section\"
