Induktorom patol\u00f3gie s\u00fa obvykle beta hemolytick\u00e9 streptokoky skupiny A (Streptococcus pyogenes, GAS).<\/p><p>S. pyogenes (<strong><em>Spe<\/em><\/strong>) je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm gram pozit\u00edvnym bakteri\u00e1lnym patog\u00e9nom, ktor\u00fd sp\u00f4sobuje cel\u00fd rad klinick\u00fdch chor\u00f4b, po\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fac z\u00e1palom hltana a\u017e po z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 invaz\u00edvne infekcie a nekrotizuj\u00face fasciitis.\u00a0<strong><em>Spe<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0je vybaven\u00fd \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lou faktorov virulencie prostredn\u00edctvom ktor\u00fdch m\u00f4\u017ee nap\u00e1da\u0165 \u013eudsk\u00e9 tkaniv\u00e1 a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 unikn\u00fa\u0165 imunitn\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu.<\/p><p>Okrem pyog\u00e9nnych streptokokov s\u00fa \u010dasto pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 aj streptokoky B (S. agalactiae) a streptokoky C a G (S. dysgalactiae sp. Equisimilis). Streptokoky nie s\u00fa v\u00fdhradn\u00fdm vyvol\u00e1vate\u013eom a zriedkavo sa m\u00f4\u017eu na infekcii ko\u017ee uplatni\u0165 aj in\u00e9 bakt\u00e9rie (Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa a enterobakt\u00e9rie). Tieto bakt\u00e9rie m\u00f4\u017eu p\u00f4sobi\u0165 samostatne alebo v spolupr\u00e1ci so streptokokmi.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
