Plant\u00e1rny vred je typick\u00fdm predstavite\u013eom benign\u00fdch epiteli\u00e1lnych tumorov sp\u00f4soben\u00fdch v\u00edrusovou\u00a0infekciou. V\u00fdskumy odhalili, \u017ee plant\u00e1rne vredy s\u00fa sp\u00f4sobovan\u00e9 r\u00f4znymi human papilloma v\u00edrusmi\u00a0\u2013 1, 2, 3, 4 rodiny\u00a0<em>(1,\u00a02,\u00a03).\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p>Pacientka (16 rokov) podst\u00fapila laserov\u00e9 vypa\u013eovanie bolestiv\u00e9ho plant\u00e1rneho vredu na chodidle. Pacientka podst\u00fapila terapiu\u00a0alexandritov\u00fdm laserom (120 pulzov). V nasleduj\u00faci de\u0148 sa na mieste terapie vytvoril pluzgier a po t\u00fd\u017edni sa uskuto\u010dnila nekrekt\u00f3mia. O p\u00e1r dn\u00ed nesk\u00f4r sa vytvorila otvoren\u00e1 zap\u00e1len\u00e1 rana s \u010das\u0165ou nekrotick\u00e9ho tkaniva. Pacientka podst\u00fapila pribli\u017ene mesa\u010dn\u00fa terapiu, ktor\u00e1 ale nepriniesla \u017eelan\u00fd v\u00fdsledok \u2013 rana bola st\u00e1le otvoren\u00e1, zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161en\u00e1, zap\u00e1len\u00e1 a noha bolestiv\u00e1.<\/p><p><strong>Terapia na NCDs Clinic:<\/strong>\u00a0Pacientka dostala spolu 17 aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed NO terapie po 5 min\u00fat pomocou koagul\u00e1tora. Na vytvorenie hor\u00faceho pr\u00fadu plazmy \u00a0obsahuj\u00facej NO sme vyu\u017eili pr\u00edstroj PLASON.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
